Rigney’s Apple /// computer - College of Charleston Libraries

While consisting primarily of typescripts the collection also includes Rigney’s 1980s Apple /// computer. As you can see from the images below it does work. What you can’t see is that some of the keyboard keys don’t function as they should, in particular the number 8 key which lists what files are on the hard drive. Luckily for us there is a local Mac repair shop nearby and I’m hoping when I speak to him he’ll have some advice on how to repair it. If that’s not possible maybe he’ll at least have some advice on how to get the data off the hard drive and onto something more stable and accessible for our archive patrons.
