Happy Birthday, Addlestone! - College of Charleston Libraries

The Marlene and Nathan Addlestone Library officially opened its doors in 2005, replacing the older Robert Scott Small Library and ushering in a new era for research, learning, and community at the College of Charleston. Since then, Addlestone has grown into a central hub on campus—a place for quiet study, collaboration, creativity, and connection.

On CofC Day this year, we celebrated Addlestone Library’s 20th birthday in style—cupcakes, candy, retro games, and a chance for the students to win finals prizes! But the best gift for us?
